To become a member of the Chamber, you need to file an application to Chairman of the Board (or fill out an electronic application) and provide the necessary documents. After the positive decision of the Chamber’s Administration on granting Chamber’s Membership, a candidate needs to pay an entry and membership fee.
List of necessary documents to join the Arbitration Chamber of Kazakhstan
- Articles of Incorporation (copy)
- Certificate of Incorporation (copy)
- Operating procedures
- Information about the Head of Arbitrage and arbitrators, surnames, names, patronyms (if mentioned in the ID document) of the arbitrator, professional experience with the details about place of work, title, period, academic degree and academic title (if applicable), number of reviewed cases;

- Entry fee: 100,000,00 (one hundred thousand) tenge

- Documents verifying the legal experience of not less than 5 years
- Confirmation of employment
- Brief written information about surname, name, patronym (if it is mentioned in the ID document) of the arbitrator, professional experience with details about the place of work, title, period, academic degree and academic title (if applicable), number of reviewed cases.
